Working in partnership with Integrated Care Boards across the UK, we implement quality primary care today and shape and deliver plans to meet the healthcare needs of tomorrow. We are proud to provide a variety of innovative services that have helped to win industry awards, and can contribute to the achievement of the 5-year plan by supplying tailored support in the following areas:

Urgent Care Centres

Malling Health operate several Urgent Treatment Centre services across the Midlands on behalf of NHS commissioners. Our services provide urgent medical care for patients in and around the local areas and can be accessed through calling NHS 111 or presenting at the reception desk in each location.

We currently deliver the services at the following locations:

Dudley

Dudley UTC – Open 24 hours per day / 7 days per weeks (link)

Sandwell & West Birmingham

Parsonage Street UTC – Open 8am – 8pm 7 days per week

Sandwell Hospital – open 8am – 11pm 7 days per week

City Hospital – open 8am – 11pm 7 days per week

Walsall

Walsall UTC – open 7am – 2am 7 days per week (link)

Shrewsbury and Telford

Shropshire UTC – Open 9am – 9pm 7 days per week (link)

Telford UTC – Open 9am – 9pm 7 days per week.

GP practices

We manage a wide portfolio of GP practices. They are all run autonomously to respond to the needs of local communities, while our professional team is on hand to provide support and assistance whenever they need it.

We have also developed specialist expertise in practice turnarounds and rectifications. We are more than happy to provide caretaking services and help commissioners improve standards of care wherever we can

Walk-in centres

We have wide-ranging experience of managing and implementing walk-in centres to relieve growing pressures on local GPs and A&E departments. Supported by our in-house clinical governance processes, these centres provide a high quality environment for patients to receive responsive care.
